"We stayed here because we have found Novotel perfect for our needs before, as a stop over on the way to Heathrow. Nice clean room with good shower. Quiet. 5 minute walk to RailAir bus stop. Will use again."

"A great location to stay and easy to get to and from the train station. Had booked using Hotels.com and booked 2 apartments. Whatever the mix up was I got a call saying I hadn’t paid for any of them and was a total mix up. Language barrier didn’t help and would put me off doing it again"

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too ..."
