Staff was great , room wasn’t dirty had normal hotel wear and tear . Water park probably is more for children 8 and under I took my 13 year old and he got bored pretty quick . We forget to Ask for room service, so room is not made up daily. We asked for handicap room and none were available. Plus we asked for a room with a walk in shower and the room only had a tub.
