"The style is definitely 1950's lodge, which is fine and nostalgic. Very clean, very helpful staff. Solo traveler 4 nights, 2 were very quiet with few guests, 2 were noisier, lots of guests, the parking area was full. When it was full, it was easy to overhear conversations in the hallway. The only inconvenience was finding an open outlet for my cell phone charger. I ended up unplugging the small clock by the bedside. Breakfast: 2 cold cereal choices and instant oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt with topping options, biscuits with yummy gravy, waffles. I will stay here again."
"Cute, modern, well appointed, and very clever. Was super impressed. Someone put a lot of thought into the aesthetics and the little touches. Great place, great stay."
"Overall, our stay was decent. The property was beautiful, clean, and offered plenty of amenities for families. The rooms were comfortable, and there was a lot to enjoy during our visit.
That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some staff interactions felt less welcoming than expected, and at times the customer service came across as dismissive. The pool staff were also a bit overly protective and strict when enforcing rules, which sometimes took away from the relaxed vacation atmosphere. While safety is important and appreciated, a friendlier approach would have gone a long way.
Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay and made some great family memories. With more consistent customer service and a warmer approach from certain staff members, the guest experience could be significantly improved."
