Hi Currin. Thank you for your comments. We do , however, make clear on our listing that that bathrooms are shared. Unfortunately, Expedia doesn't give a category in which desbribes our National Historic Building. So, no we are not a typical Bed and Breakast, but I believe our listing doesn't present otherwise.

Dear Ivon, Our property is located directly on Bowen's Wharf in the middle of restaurants and bars and with views of the water. I'm not sure what can be done to improve on our location. We also state quite clearly there is no on-site and I sent you ahead of your stay a list of local parking lots to assist you. I can not be expected to find you parking outside of listing all the possible places in our vicinity. We also state on our listed that there are two shared bathrooms among the guests. I have our text correspondence showing the only message I received from you stating you were not ablet to find parking at 8:12pm on a Friday night, I responded within two hours that I was sorry and taht yes, I wasn't sure how I could help you. I personally check the rooms prior to arrivals and yours looked quite lovley and clean. I am sorry you were not happy with your stay, but understand that an unfair review can be quite harmful to our non-profit that provides a service to our maritime community here in Newport. Thanks for your review Jennifer. Yes, we are right in the middle of the main strip with restaurants and bars. It can be noisy during peak times.
