"We booked this Fairfield Inn because our house currently has no power and we thought it would at least be a fun, relaxing night for our kids since the hotel advertised a pool and free breakfast. Unfortunately, the pool was literally GREEN and completely unusable. Our kids were so excited to swim and were really disappointed. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7 AM, but by 8:30 there was still nothing out. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, there wasn’t even anyone working the desk. I eventually found another employee walking by who told me the breakfast employee was late and they didn’t know when she was coming. We also called for towels and were told someone would bring them up, but no one ever did. Overall the hotel felt dirty and poorly managed. For a Marriott brand hotel, this was extremely disappointing."

"The electric was out a day but that had nothing to do with the hotel. I would stay there again!"

"Pool was closed. Heat did not work in our room. Garbage in our room from previous guests. Very disappointed!"

"Our room was clean the staff was awesome and the breakfast superb. The only problem we had is that on our last day the power went off, the hotel didn’t have a power generator and we spend all night and morning with no heater it was 33 and below and everything pitch black could see my way thru the stairs or around the room."
