Great for family.

Not much to do around the area beside the beach and some biking trail. Overall the hotel is clean and family friendly. Massive playroom and activities for children.

Best hotel in this trip

Hotel was well furnished, stylish and looks new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and again well furnished. Private parking lot right under the hotel, so u can get to your room by a direct lift from the parking lot which is very convenient. Loved the indoor spa (free of charge for hotel customers). Breakfast was great and the view from the restaurant was spectacular. Unfortunately the pools wont be open until May if not we wud very much like to try them out! The beach outside the hotel was spectacular, there is a bridge linking the hotel area to the Beach so its only literally a one minute walk from the hotel. Recommend!

Peaceful and tranquil stay

A very peaceful and tranquil stay at this nice hotel. Very friendly staff. The thermal spa area is quite relaxing, well maintain and clean.

第一次入住，隔壁的房間小孩有夠吵跟飯店反應，沒想到立馬幫我們換了安靜的房間，感覺非常好飯店有私人沙灘很美，疫情期間早餐是套餐也蠻好吃的不錯👍 服務人員都很有禮貌，晚上去泡三溫暖也蠻乾淨的，整體上都很滿意下次會再去

美中略有不足

第一次被安排到一棟二樓的家庭房，沒想到床底下是有滾輪的，小孩坐在床上身體靠著牆壁，床就整個滑走，孩子也摔落在地並造成背部的擦傷。反應給櫃檯人員後飯店也做了立即的處理，並協助上藥。詢問是否可換房(床底不要有滾輪)也得到了正面的回覆，飯店的處理措施令人滿意。只可惜換到的第二間房燈光昏暗，不論是看書看電視看電腦都覺得對眼睛是很大的傷害。整體而言，還是喜歡福隆福容，走出去就是沙灘對小孩來說很方便，也已造訪多次，希望下次再來能住到自己喜歡的房間。

符合四星級標準

優點：房間空間很大、很乾淨、服務親切、火車站接送（打電話預訂）、海水浴場自由進岀（櫃台蓋手印）、早餐樣式不錯。缺點：自助洗衣機不靈光，故障，等了約半小時。其他：已經不提供海灘拖鞋了，要記得自己帶。
