"It doesn’t look like much but it is a nice little place with only 5 rooms. The only downfall is that there is no pool but it is right in the beach with access out the sliding doors. The place is very clean (and I am fussy), the room is very cool with great AC. The shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water and the towels are nice and thick. We had a little mishap with checkin when they told us the room would be ready in 30 min and I’d get a call when it was ready but when we returned no...

"When I arrived I was given a room on the first floor with a view of the parking lot. The air conditioner was loud and I had trouble with the lights and ceiling fan. The bathtub needed resurfacing. I stayed one night and asked for a new room. They were very receptive to my concerns and moved me to a bungalow. The bungalow was perfect. Thanks to the staff for saving my trip to New Smyrna Beach, FLorida!"
