Restaurant downstairs was loud no laundry soap, not enough towels no dish towels. Beds were hard. Thermostat was difficult to figure out.

I loved the cleanliness of the place and also the privacy and security. My complaints maybe the shower water could have hotter and the mattress a tap less firm. Other than tho i still rate it 5/5

Very comfortable, beds were great, nice bathrooms with a fan, laundry machine with some complimentary detergent, large living and dining area. Place is also close to the trolley.

Immaculate, open, light filled apartment, exceeded expectations in amenities/kitchenware provided. Totally enjoyed hanging out in the unit, as well as exploring the warehouse district of NOLA. Full grocery 2 blocks away, easy walking to the French Quarter and the Convention Center. Very affordable, nice to have dishwasher and washer/dryer!

Great location but needs a refresh inside.
Great location and perfect for the family. Enjoyed our stay. Unit was a little “tired”. Hole in the bathroom wall where TP holder was replaced. Paint needed a refresh and pillows were fairly flat. All that said, we would stay again as it met our needs.

The unit was clean and customer service was quickly accessible. However, we had power outages every day of our 5 day stay, which caused me to be late to work meetings and we spent hours just sitting in the dark. They never fixed the issue during our stay. Again, customer service was very responsive and they offered a refund, but we just wanted to have consistent power. As long as your power works, you’ll enjoy the unit. It was like having a private apartment with a virtual concierge.

Great apartment, we enjoyed our stay. Very big and spacious, shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. Great kitchen, the only thing missing in the kitchen was a oven tray, but the rest was great.

The sheets were not clean. Hair and brown spots were on the sheets. The shower was not clean. Hair and residue was in the shower. The rug in the den was in horrible condition. There qas no replacement hand soap in the essentials closet.

The apartment was very cool. Nice furnishings. Very clean. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet at night. In an up-and-coming neighborhood. We did have a problem with the refrigerator which makes beeping noises for 10 minutes after opening it. I also would suggest they add a black out curtain in the bedroom for those of us who are light sensitive. Other than that it was very easy to enter from the street and into the building and the unit. Only an 18 minute walk to Preservation Hall in the French quarter. Very accessible to all parts of the city. I highly recommend breakfast at Bearcat which is right down the street. The food was delicious!

Minor Hiccups but Stay Was Great!!!
The condo was beautiful, well stocked, clean, and conveniently located near the mall, museums, eateries, and entertainment. We would definitely stay there again. If you book this place, please check your email 3 days before stay for access information. Otherwise you will not be able to access the building easily. There is no front desk. Also, be prepared to pay for parking if you drive. Last, the tv did not work for us. Other than these hiccups the stay was wonderful.

It was a wonderful stay. Very high end feel at an affordable cost. I can't wait to find an excuse to stay at this location another time. Its within walking distance of a great steakhouse and lots of popular attractions. 10/10 experience I highly recommend.

The family and I had a wonderful time at the Sonder. We appreciated the contactless checkin and the privacy of our room. We had 3 beds and it worked out perfectly. We would definitely go back to use the new appliances in the kitchen more. The bedroom settings were so cozy and clean. The design of the wall art was beautiful. Thanks to for a beautiful stay inside the newest New Orleans property. The unit was picture perfect with modern and cute design. It was also the perfect location and in walking distance of some great destinations. We walked to brunch and took in a beautiful rooftop view at sunset.

This cozy and beautiful retreat in the heart of New Orleans made our stay-cation the escape that we wanted. Walking distance to all the best trendy restaurants, and a couple of night life options still open. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The beds were amazing, and the place was quiet in a bustling city. The amenities were great, especially loved the bath products and compartmentalized drawers were to die for! I couldn’t recommend stronger. Thanks for the wonderful stay! P.S. - Covid-19 signage and practices made me feel safe and at home.

We had a lovely stay here for a night. Located right next to the Herbsaint where we had a fantastic meal and then walked around Lafayette Square for an evening stroll. The room was clean and we had no problems getting in and out of the building. Would stay here again in the future.
