We loved our stay! The rooftop pool was perfect for the kids, and the 2 bedroom unit was perfect for all of us! Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms with all the amenities, and even the laundry soap with the washer / dryer! Great grocery store nearby and lots of great dining options. We wanted to move in and stay forever :) highly recommend the Brandywine!!!

Booked last minute as my family was also staying at the property- it was a pretty solid hotel experience especially for the money. The hallways are kinda weird and my room didnt have any windows which was also odd but the room was massive and up to date. Not perfectly clean but pretty good. For the rate I got, I would definitely stay again

Would abolutely stay here again or at another Roami. Great value. Excellent space. Adjoining room was noisy til after 1 a.m. and belligerent . Took multiple calls to owner to resolve. I think this was a rare situation and overall the place was very quiet. And that was just one night of our multi night stay. So we would ho again.

For my family of 4 we rented a 2BR at Roami Brandywine. The good: -Easy to access and instructions were great -Our room was spacious, decorated nicely and comfortable. - The room came with coffee and some essentials (soap, shampoo, etc.) - There is a grocery about 2 short blocks away so it was easy to get us all set. - Gym is great, and the pool area was clean The bad: - The bedpad in one of the rooms was covered in hair and had deep stains in it, also the door to the other bedroom screeched when opened. - when asking for a clean bedpad and some WD40 (for the door) it took them a day to respond. (and I tried to contact via both voice call (which went to voicemail every time I called it) and text. - They have a game room, which my kids loved, but it seems everything in there was broken. (Foosball handles were missing, only two paddles for ping pong, pool table was okay, but no chalk for the cues and the sticks are mostly bent.) All in all, for the money, it was fine, but they do need to figure out how to respond in a timely manner to questions and needs. (If we had really needed something urgent, I doubt we would have received a timely response.)

Good place to stay could use minor tweaks.
The property is Amazing as was the room. Could use an on demand Water heater and some additional shower heads in the master bathroom. No front desk. Could use better communication on how to check in should be sent in a text welcome package with link to how to check in. Had to figure it out on our own. Would stay again.

Roami Discriminates Against New Orleans Locals
I will start by saying that I booked with Brandywine for my family’s stay for my Mardi Gras ball last year with no issues. I decided to continue booking with them because of the location and spaciousness. This year it’s now owned by Roami. After I booked I got a call that I needed to confirm who would be staying. I thought that was strange but I called back and at this time I was told that despite me paying for the stay I had to put it in someone that stayed at least 50 miles away or my reservation would be canceled. I was also not allowed to be in the room (yes! I was told this!). I had to get a manager on the phone because nowhere on their site or on in my Hotels.com agreement did they make this clear. After threatening legal and media attention (because I had no time book another room) they conceded to leave the reservation as is but I still couldn’t use the room. A company doing business in a city like NOLA, where they are making money off of the culture should educate themselves about the culture. Needless to say I won’t be booking with them ever again and will let other culture bearers know not to use them to house family members from out of town or dress for events. You can’t make money off of the people we bring to this city while treating us, the reason people come here, like an inconvenience.

Great place! Very spacious 3 bedroom for family. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery and super dome ( 10 min walk). Very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Only issue we had was during check in the code to room did not work but issue was quickly resolved by Andy (phone number at front desk).

I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was a breeze. We always felt safe with the location and there was ample street parking. The apartment itself had a ton of space and although well-worn it's very pimp. The game room and fitness center were awesome and the pool on the roof (also pimp) is heated! Only negative is that the apartment has obviously had heavy use: some burns on the sofa. Remote missing. Cleanliness was a 4/5 but we're picky too. Overall a very nice stay.

Loves this stay very much. Awesome space. One thing to note is that this Roami (Brandywine) is the one with the fantastic rooftop pool. The other Roami does not have a pool. Also the pricing varies by day, which was a surprise to us after we checked out.

The room itself was great; modern, spacious. The hallways and elevators were a little rundown. The roof deck and pool are beautiful, But there was a private party there was 2 whole days with no access for guests, and no notice in advance. The morning of , they put signs in the elevator that the roof and pool weren’t available from 12 noon- 7 pm. That was very disappointing.

The hotel was very nice. Centrally located. Parking is a nightmare, the pool was always full. There was also a lot of small flies in the main shower in the penthouse. But overall it is a beautiful property I will return and I highly recommend.

I stayed at the PH. The reason my overall score was 4/5 was because I didn’t like that check out was before 11am and had to pay a high fee even if it was for 30 mins. I also didn’t like I saw stains on the outside furnitures as well as several stains inside such as couch, bathroom & bedroom.

A nice place that could use some maintenance. The toaster had a loose wire or something so it burned toast within seconds; the trash drawer wouldn't close; there was no place to hang the shower head in one of the bathrooms. There was sticky substance and cigar trash all over our terrace. We mentioned it, but it never got cleaned up. Luckily it was too hot to use the terrace much anyway. Also we booked a place that was supposed to have a room with 2 twins beds and a room with a queen. We got 2 rooms with a queen. When I inquired about it the answer was sort just a shrug from the elusive customer service via text.the pool area is great. And though we didn't use the gym or game room, they looked nice, too.

I LOVE staying at Brandywine when in New Orleans!!! EVERYTHING is already in the hotel room & all you need to do is just check-in & enjoy!! My only disappointment is there is no 24–hour valet & concierge anymore.

Terrible experience with the Brandywine. We stayed in PH1 the penthouse. The gate going to the "private" balcony was broken. One time me and my son were out there sitting on the dirty chairs, and a person opened the gate not 5 feet from my son. It was a dangerous situation and luckily the person quickly realized it was suppos6to be a private area. We had people from the pool area looking into our lving room and bedroom every night. The blinds into the bedroom had a 2 inch gap between them and it let people see inside. The gate didn't lock either. Our dishwasher broke on the first use and would not drain. We contacted the customer service 3 times before a repair man came out . He said it was fixee but of course it wasn't and we never had another attempt for repairs. The lock on the balcony door was broken and only the deadbolt would keep the door closed. None of these issues were repaired or resolved when we were there.Our 5 nights and the service was atrocious. The master path faucet to the tub fell off and hit my daughter's head. She is okay but had a knot on her head for a couple days. We didn't have enough towels , especially having to hand wash the dishes and drying them. There isn't anyone at the property after 5pm so good luck with anything you need. We stayed previously at the same complex and the experience then was better, but now it was a huge disappointment. We asked for help with our issues multiple times and never were helped. This was a terrible service.

Overall was a great stay. Issue with loud neighbors was taken care of and the ear plugs & eye masks available were a nice touch. Looking forward to staying again for Mardi Gras 2024

Potential customers need to be aware that this is a nice property but not a traditional hotel. It appears to have been an old apartment building that was converted to a hotel. That being said the overall experience was satisfactory. If there is not an in person attendant in the lobby, they’ve typically have one available virtually on a monitor in the lobby. That was interesting lol. There is a gym and game room on one floor and a heated outdoor pool on the penthouse floor. The rooms have a city style apartment vibe to it. The kitchen is nice, but we had limited kitchen amenities outside of plates, utensils, cups etc. Enough basics to get a basic meal taken care of. Overall a nice experience.

Brandywine is a well maintained virtually managed condominium complex that is clean, well maintained and comfortable collection of units over 6 floors. Valet parking and 14 hours of sexy are offered. We stayed in a Penthouse level unit and enjoyed the balcony porch and views of New Orleans. We plan to return again.

I would like to start by complementing the convenient checkin process, friendly virtual desk manager and cozy-quiet building. Elevator and hallways clean & odorless. I had the please of dwelling inside suite PH8. Pool deck and balcony awesome, heated pool and view of the city like none other. As for the interior I found several niks in the walls, in a couple of room, stained lounging chair and some type of substance wiped on top of the wall pain, likely feom prior cleaning. In one bedroom closet I noticed a plastic wrapper on the floor. All of the appliances where stainless and top of the line, all functioned properly. Sheets and towels were clean. As I previously mentioned, my overall stay was great however the lounge chair was not acceptable, whether penthouse or run fown motel, I advise replacing it asap. I would not book it again or recommend it to a friend with that chair in the condition it was in at the time I checked in.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Far enough from the French Quarter where you don’t hear anything but close enough (about 1.2 miles) if you wanted to walk. Only issue I had is with check in when my code provided wouldn’t open up the room door. It opened up the outside property door but not our individual room. Virtual concierge was able to provide a new one right away so not a big deal. Rooms are very spacious. Even in our studio apartment, did not feel cramped at all. Decorated very cute! Another detail that is cool for those into it - there’s a wall selfie light. It’s just a giant light panel but it gives the same light (maybe more) than a selfie ring light. Upstairs pool area was awesome to chill at. Pool is heated so you can swim in cooler weather as well. Lots of sitting space. Would definitely recommend this property!

While there are many listed amenities and having access to a washer/dryer while on a trip is enormously helpful, the studios at this location have no windows at all. Had that been listed, I never would have selected this hotel and was tremendously disappointed that they attempted to claim it was my fault for assuming that all bedrooms have windows (which, in my state, is law for safety purposes). The only other option was to be moved offsite. Additionally, they do not have onsite front desk staff and communication is thereby limited, which is also not advertised transparently.
