Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your stay at our hotel last month. Thank you for acknowledging my nice staff. I am very sorry to hear that you did not get much sleep due to the rowdy kids and adults in the hotel that weekend. There was a baseball tournament group in house. We typically inform the teams that stay with us that there are house rules, and you cannot disturb the other guest. Most of the time we have wonderful parents that keep an eye on their children and are considerate of the rest of the hotel. I am sorry this was not the case while you were with us. I will work on my team on enforcing the conduct and house rules when we have large groups in house. WE hope to see you again now that it is quieter.

Dear Guest,I am very sorry to hear that your room had a dead roach when you arrived. Our pest control company sprays the guest rooms once a month and the pest thankfully die but my housekeeping team needs to keep a closer eye on the dead bugs and remove them. Again, I am sorry for this mishap, and we hope you will consider giving the hotel another chance.

I do want to apologize to you for my team not handling the smoking situation a bit differently. We do take our No smoking policy seriously and that is why we charge anyone that smokes anything in our hotel a fee of 250 which does help stop the smoking in the rooms of our hotel. We do have to wait until the housekeeping team goes into every room to find out which room to charge but if I was here at the time I would have walked the hallway to try and determine which room the smoking was coming from and handled it a bit differently. I do apologize that my staff did not feel comfortable with that and just waited for the housekeeping team to do their investigation, but I can promise you we did charge someone once they checked out. I do hope you will consider staying with us again and you will see that this is a rare occurrence. Thank you again for your business and your feedback.

Thank you for choosing the Holiday Inn, I want to apologize for the inconvenience and the noise level that occurred during your stay. We do have ball teams that stay with us during the summer weekend months and we do our best to limit the noise from these groups. Parents need to be respectful of other guest and most definitely need to watch their kids. We as the employees of the hotel do give the parents and the children warnings before asking them to leave so I am sorry this did not happen during your stay.

I do apologize for the noise that occurred that morning, we were very busy with a hotel full of guest. I also want to apologize that the breakfast was not replenished for you, I will be sure to speak to my team about making sure the breakfast is plentiful up until 10 minutes before closing, we do not like to waste food but 30 minutes before end time is not appropriate.
