Very happy with our stay

We were concerned that in the horrible heat wave we were having, that my father's insulin was not going to stay cool while we visited Hermann. We called ahead and shared this with the desk and they made arrangements with us to have refrigeration available, so we could make a quick stop and then drive on down and take our time in Hermann. When we returned, our room was clean and the carpet and bedding and fixtures appeared to be brand new. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was much better than most of the local venues and the breakfast was one of the better ones I have had at a hotel.

It's now a Brady Hotel--had a great stay. Hotel has been very nicely renovated. Yummy cookies at check-in, comfy bed, free hot breakfast (items change daily). Mini fridge and microwave--everything we needed :) Checked out Graham Cave State Park while we were there!

This property he has been renovated recently! We booked it because it was one of the few properties available the night we needed but we were kind of worried about the ratings that it had. Turns out the bad ratings were all from 2019 and before and the property has been renovated, and was a great stay!

Our shower curtain was brown and pink and was suppose to be white. The bath tub was brown. Didn’t take a shower because it looked too dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable

Staff was nice, room needs to be updated. Bath room was good size but it needed to be cleaner, replace shower curtain. No one wanted to use the shower. Need better breakfast bar.

The room was disgusting. Mens underwear were left on the floor, the sheets were dirty lamp shades were dirty and the bathroom was so gross my wife showered with her flip flops on. This has been the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. On Saturday the power and tv was out and the staff just said yea the whole place is out of tv and power. Breakfast was a joke. When we came to our room one night the whole hall wall smelled like weed.

Our beds was hard as a cement floor tgey had sleep number beds and they were unplugged. We plugged them back in but they didn’t work so the beds were really bad. The breakfast room fit about four people and didn’t have anything to eat not even donuts. The tv was the smallest tv you can buy. I’m not a complainer but for the money it sucked

Great place to stop on an icy hwy on a trip to pickup our new puppy, so glad they accept pets! No elevator though and i have bad knees, i asked for a ground floor room but since i bought on expedia said i had to go upstairs. So here i am trying to carry a suitcase and a 30lb great Pyrenees puppy up the stairs because she had never been on a leash and i was to cold and exhusted to go twice. Bed was super hard, but hey it was a warm safe spot for us to sleep.

Good Enough

The night clerk at check-in was very helpful and pleasant. The bed was fairly comfortable but the shower curtain was filthy on the inside. The breakfast was a bit lacking. Although there was yogurt, cereal, Eggo waffles, and bread for toast, there was no eggs or sausage or anything of that nature. It's true that you get what you pay for and if you're not expecting the Hilton or the Ritz I would still recommend this motel for a one night stopover.

This is a budget property that has a lot of wear and tear. It really needs a renewal. I'm looking at threadbare chairs and worn flooring in the room. The staff is friendly. You pretty much get what you pay for here.

We came to visit family in Memphis tn.this was the hotel we chose to stay and rest for the night.i was not expecting to have such aa bad experience...the room had a bad smell.the chairs in the room looked like they had pulled them out of the trash...my concern is how is that ok with any hotel manager??? I have told all my very large and extended family about this hotel and bad experience with Americas best hotel. And i am sure that they will pass on this one and any othe america best hotel

Overall cleanliness was okay

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean but the shower curtain was very dirty and needed replaced. It was cloth and molded.
