"I had a wonderful stay during my recent trip to Boston. The hotel is in a perfect location heart of downtown. Within walking distance to historic Boston. Overall, a great experience and a place I’d happily return to."

"I respect the age and beauty of this hotel. The staff was exceptional. The integrity of the decor and preservation of history was phenomenal. The price you pay for the size of room you receive is not worth it. They'd be better off having half as many rooms for the same price per night. We were upgraded which was lovely because the room they had us in originally was the size of a cleaning closet....described when purchased as a Deluxe standard. "

"What a great place to stay! The location and views were amazing. The folks at the front desk were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious and included a great assortment. Our room was amazing, very clean and again, great views. We will definitely be back!"

"They charge you $75 for early check in. We were there for 5 nights. The house keeping personnel did the minimal. No vacuuming, sink wasn’t cleaned, mirrors and tub not cleaned. Very disappointed"
