"Everything was wonderful however when we arrived we were waiting to check in and two people at the desk were talking to one person (not checking them in) just talking about places in Boston…etc. Answering her questions while we sat there and waited without even acknowledging our presence. Seems like a one person job. He could’ve addressed us. It wasn’t too long of a wait, 5 or so minutes, but thats bad customer service in my opinion. If he was helping the other staff, I would understand, but it was just a general conversation about things in Boston to see or how to get there. Check us in first then continue your conversation. "
