"A really nice sized room which is well maintained. Loved the comfy bed and hot shower. Lovely staff member greeted us. Enjoyed the free complimentary breakfast to get us on our way. Will definitely be returning on our next time through Armidale."

"At the time we stayed it was very good value. The only comment is that the room is almost perfect but needs a fair bit of engineering maintenance. Floors flood with water when showering and a few broken fittings and loose handles. Otherwise great."

"The room needed updating as the walls and facilities were old and worn. There was noise from the traffic outside, the curtains wouldn't close but that wasn't a problem for us and the walls and floor needed redoing. The breakfast was included and was quite good with several choices of cereal spreads and juices. For the price we paid we were satisfied for one night stay but would not recommend to others. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep."
