"When we first arrived we couldnt find the place because there was no sign out front. Then we get to our room and sit on the bed and the whole thing collapsed to the ground. They gave us a second room immediately but it was much smaller and filthy. And the bed was built wrong and had a piece of wood sticking out the my daughter hit her face on. We where supposed to stay 3 days we left the next morning and they agreed to refund us when we spoke in person but refused to answer expedia so expedia couldnt approve it. Terrible experience if i could give negative stars i would."
"Room was fine but no working water the first day & not having the room cleaned each day. Staff were courteous & accommodating. Breakfast not up to standard. "
"They simply didn't check me in! They rejected the booking confirmation, leaving me stranded in Cairo at nearly midnight to find a new room. Worst of all, they have still not refunded my money after more than a week - terrible. I will contact all relevant authorities to recover my funds from Hotels.com."
