"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. One thing that really stood out was the security. The security team was professional, attentive, and made me feel safe throughout my stay. It was reassuring to know they were always present and maintaining a secure environment. The exceptional customer service from every staff member made the experience even better. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay, and I truly felt valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding hospitality and excellent security. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!"

"What a stay. Location was amazing! The staff are super helpful Sherif, Suha, the life guard everyone makes you feel welcome and special. True Egyptian way of spoiling the guests. Cleaning an be better for sure. The linens and the bed makes you want to sleep forever. I’ve never felt that comfortable in a hotel bed. Thank you Dusit"

"My stay at the hotel was one of the best I had. The staff made it a welcoming stay. From check in, to spending time at the pool bar, dining options, happy hour options and of course personal touch in my room thanks to Shaina, the assistance of the concierge to visit the Museum and immaculate arrangement including for the the airport shuttle pick up and departure… I can go on and on . Everyone served with a smile. That meant a lot to me. My thanks to each and everyone !!!!"

"The property is clean. I noticed that the stove was a bit not clean when I checked in. But generally was clean. The washroom cabinet was broken, I let the team know and they fixed but didn’t last. The team was very cooperative but sometime I need to repeat the request to get things done. Generally it was a good experience. Most likely will come again"
