"Check in was terrible. Took multiple international calls and texts to check in and get the door open. Door lock is operated by a phone system that would not accept a call from a US number. Owner said I would have to whatsapp them every time I needed to enter the room. I had already found them to be difficult to get on the phone from my previous check in calls. I tried to cancel the reservation but owner refused to refund me. So I left and got a proper hotel room."

They did not release the code to enter until 3pm and had not let us know this- having previously said we would get an email 24 hours before so I tried chasing it to ensure I had correctly booked the rooms. Breaksat was cosy with the cooked breakfast cooked to order- v pleasant"

"Clean room, nicely decorated, good facilities, comfy bed. Also well located for the Akropolis shopping centre and the main shopping street. Not sure about the door entry system where you need to phone a number and it automatically opens the door when it connects. Also I kept banging my head in the toilet on a cabinet that juts out above the toilet bowl. Not very well designed for tall people. I have quite a big scrape on my head that was bleeding and is now scabbed over."
