Nevel' Trip

The stay was overall good, but the room was outdated with marks on the walls and chipping paint. The bathroom appeared to have missing artwork on the door with the glue exposed. However, it was clean and fine for 1 night. I did the mobile checkin and it was not clear that the initial charge is a deposit that you will get back in 3-5 days so I had to wait in line to ask someone. The total charges ended up being what was quoted to me on Expedia.

Room and area was nice. The staff that kept on nagging for shows and tickets were not nice.

Everyone was pleasant n room was clean

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
