"The property is very nice. Clean everywhere we went. The 24/7 Restaurant was nice. The food was hugely portioned but very good. The beef brisket was excellent. The Bistro was just okay. The Dirty Martini was not mixed correctly and not remade when server was asked about the problem plus very expensive. The Baby Kale salad was basically just a large bowl of kale with only one half a baby tomato and a few orange pieces chopped. The dressing was very good. The casino was very loud as expected! We chose the third floor around the Sports betting area. Very comfortable seating to choose from and we were lucky to find the slot machine games we enjoy. We upgraded our room and were given concierge access to a nice cocktail lounge on the 20th floor. Excellent service! Great Manhattan cocktail. The spa, pool areas were just lovely and worth every penny. We will return for sure!"

"Shower dripped constantly. The window was open and the turn knob was broken, we had to take both of us to get the window closed. There was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door. No microwave in the room. No water pressure in the shower, kinda just dribbled out."

"We didn’t eat breakfast there. There is no “kitchen”at this property. There is a bar and they have a fryer and a microwave. Everything is frozen. We ordered pretzel bites and they were microwaved. "

"Yes, noisey air conditioner, mid city grill food below Average. Lousy internet reception and not much to watch on tv. Hallway to the rooms smelled like Liquor."

"The staff was very welcoming and friendly ! The room was very clean and comfortable . plenty of parking . I can't think of anything negative to say about my stay at the Coyote Motel West . Next time i am going to Black Hawk and need a room , that's where I'm going !!!"
