My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Over all a decent place. The shower was really gross had the previous guest hair stuck all over the walls. If you’re wanting a spotless room this won’t be the place for you.

The room HVAC was horrible. Caked on dirt in the vents. The bath tube over flow drain was gross. 1 drink staff was rude enough to say she wasn't coming bqck to our machine to get us drinks after giving us some horrid undrinable slew. Staff made that right with the right drinks after complaining. All in all probably won't return
