"I didn't love my stay here. When I arrived, there was a pile of dirty laundry from the previous stay forgotten in the room. After being redirected, I spoke with a support agent on WhatsApp that kept asking unnecessary questions instead of just resolving the issue. "From A to Z, everything was perfect!"

"The property met our needs perfectly. The fact the tram stop was outside the property was a real bonus especially after a long day sightseeing with food shopping on the way home! For such a large hotel complex, the apartment was so quiet. There isn't much to walk out to in the immediate area but that was fine with us. There is a large Spar 10 mins walk. It was such good value for money."

"Reported that the safe didn’t work or the larger light fittings on first evening of stay. Reported again the next evening as no one had been to look. Member of staff came with instruction on use and looked at safe told it was batteries and they would be replaced. Came with batteries and it was actual safe not working was told that maintenance would replace the safe. Next can’t replace the safe but can move room we were catching an early morning train to Salzburg so couldn’t move room. Disappointed that had no safe and had to carry valuables every where each day. If safe had been checked first day moving rooms would not have been an issue. Feel that rooms being prepared for new guests should not only be cleaned but checked for working lights and safe etc before arrival."
