Neuilly-en-Dun Trip

Staff was very nice. The room was small, but a good size. Very good restaurants around.

We had a love!y stay. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located near the Lounge and the river. The hotel is undergoing renovation so there was some mess on our floor and we had to take a makeshift elevator up a floor in order to get the e!evator that went to the lobby. Inconvenient but certainly doable. Also, know that if breakfast isn't included with the room it will cost 30 euros per person. All that said, we would certainly recommend the Normandy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location was excellent, right near the Louvre. The front desk staff were very helpful whenever we had a question. Also it had effective air conditioning, which we were so grateful for, as our visit coincided with a heat wave with temperatures in Paris in the lower to mid thirties. If you are looking for a small boutique type hotel, I would recommend this one.

Cleanlyness of our room was Very Satisfied towels replaced daily and Bedding freshly changed and made up. Staff: Checking in/Room Cleaning Staff were friendly and professional, My Brother and I were very disappointed on waking up to go downstairs for Breakfast serving cold already prepared: Eggs, Bacon, Sausages and Potatoes, and Coffee Machine down to make a cup of Capachino, Cafe Latte ect.ect., on the other hand freshly prepared Omelets/Sunnyside Eggs were the only Hot options on your plate. We never visited the Bar or any other facilities that were available for our use. I believe in giving second chances to stay again at the Hotel Novotel Paris Les Halles.

A brief but wonderful stay in this hotel. A quick checking and bag storage allowed us to get out promptly to explore Paris. The hotel is tucked away in a side street close to Opera with plenty of bars, shops, restaurants near by. Good transport links to the metro and bus. Also walkable to major sites sites like the Louvre, Notre Dame, Left Bank. Room was a good size for two and the bathroom had everything you needed. We really liked this hotel and will definitely return when we go back to Paris.
