"Warnung vor Buchung – äußerst enttäuschend! Unser Aufenthalt war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Der versprochene Service existierte schlichtweg nicht. Es gab keine Rezeption vor Ort. "Nach ankunft erstmal erfahren das es kein büro mehr gibt. Also auch kein Ansprechpartner traurig aber war. 2 stunden zimmer gesucht. Am fenster vom alten Büro stehen telefonnummer dran und man erreicht da keinen. Dann steht noch ein code dran zum anmelden und funktionierte auch wieder nicht. Nie wieder."

"after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...

"I would recommend to request the 5th floor. There is a mini golf course directly in front of the hotel and the noise level is high into the night. The advertised pool was out of order, but we got a coupon for a nearby indoor pool. Unfortunately very crowded. If you want piece and quiet, look somewhere else. "
