"Todo muy bien. La habitación es pequeña pero ideal para 2 personas. El personal amable. Pudimos utilizar el microondas sin problemas. Está alejado de la estación Amsterdam central y del transporte público (bus, a 10min), pero era algo que ya sabíamos."

"We enjoyed the stay, specifically because of how helpful the staff were. My friend even left her passport in the room after we checked out and the staff were willing to overnight ship it to our next location. They were communicative and helpful. It’s in a good central area and walkable to the Domtower The downside is that it did get noisy but usually people settled down around 11:00. We even heard families in the hallway. However, we mostly saw college students. Our room was on the backside of the building so we didn’t get the loudness from the streets which was nice."

"Lovely hotel. We had two connecting rooms for our family of 4. 2 bathrooms and extras like kettled and fridge. Staff were great from reception and the bar. A lovely touch with free drink vouchers for not having housekeeping, and sweet jars in the lobby to help ourselves to."

"The hotel is located in a good area if you prefer a quiet stay. It’s also large, so your rooms are of decent size. However, my room was extremely hot. The staff informed us our AC was broken and nothing could be done to fix it. There was no other room available at that time. To compensate, they offered a breakfast upgrade. As well, the house keeping service can be avoided if you prefer 5$ voucher cards. But this felt a bit scam-like as a coffee or beer is 4.50 euro and you loose the .50 cents. One last thought, if you have a nut or peanut allergy do not expect to eat the breakfast. Peanut butter had scattered to the fruits and cups. I tried to alert staff but it was difficult to get them to understand what an allergy is and how serious it can be."
