"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

Parking on the road was easy to find. "Very nice place, well maintained, extremely clean, very big room, excellent breakfast beautifully presented and very fresh, big parking lot. Every staff person was lovely, kind and welcoming. Room was beautifully decorated and having all I needed for a pleasant stay. Free tea/coffee facilities in a shared space with available honesty bar. I definitely recommend this place for business or pleasure trip, alone or with loved ones. Thank you very much to all the lovely staff!!"

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."
