"Hotel really nice and staff helpful. Had a major water leak from the shower jn the bathroom. Reported it to reception in the morning and returned from a day out in the evening to find it hadn't been sorted. Staff helped and then upgraded our room. "It was a scam I was messed around on the phone several times while I was waiting for yet another call from them the owner of the house turned up and wondered why I was stood outside his property he was very shocked when I showed him his address on the booking confirmation please beware"
