"Chris as manager is fantastic and a very nice stay in central Nesebar"

"Wow--huge room, very clean and well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent--a plentiful buffet. 2-minute walk to a sandy beach. Parking was easy. Location is not in the busy part of Sunny Beach, but off on its own (which we appreciated). Awesome value for money. We would stay again."

"Clean quiet and very nice pool , 10 min walk from Sunny beach "

"Utenfor sesong, så vidt jeg fikk rommet. Ingen håndklær på badet og en var bare for å sove."

"Friendly family hotel with a walkable distance to the beach and local shops"

"The hotel is close to city center and the park, leading to the beach area. The room in the hotel was very nice, AC did its job very well. The fitness facility in the basement was alright. Personnel were very friendly and helpful."

"Very comfortable large room. Washing machine and kitchen in room was great. The hotel is next door to a good grocery store and walking distance to a mall. Staff is very helpful."

"We booked for four nights and managed 1! When first arriving at the location we were not welcomed and instead made to feel as if we were a burden. This instantly made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We went to the room and instantly felt dirty as the place was not clean and things were broken such as cupboards and light fixtures. When attempting to take a shower we realised there was also no hot water, so this was completely unpleasant. We sat back and booked a new place for three times...

"Front desk is very professional, and the rooms are nice and spacious with clean sheets. However you can tell the hotel is extremely in need of maintenance, and housekeeping is stretched so thin that they are barely hanging in there - doing the minimum to keep the place running. Ultimately this hotel has had much better days, was probably a top luxury hotel once upon a time, but unfortunately, is being run into the ground."

"늦은 밤에 도착 했는데도 친절하게 체크인을 도와 주셔서 감사합니다. 멋진 바닷가에 해가 뜨는 것부터 해가 지는 것을 감상 할 수 있는 아름다운 호텔입니다."
