Great apartment but hard bed

Great apartment and location with nice view ocer the pool. Quite during night. The only drawback is the bed that is to hard and uncomfortable.

Property needs updated but clean and adequate

Last minute booking over Easter, not a lot available in Nerja Property could do with updating but was adequate. Parking right outside at extra cost but the time of year we were there plenty of roadside available Walking distance to beach front bars and restaurant, good bars next to property. A bit of a walk up steps to village center so we never bothered as only one night stay on our way further South Dog friendly Had to ring to get the code to get into the property but answered straight away, spoke English even though my husband speaks Spanish

Arrived at 9am the owner was very gracious and let us check in . Very impressed with the room,big space lovely big terrace and had all the utensils and cooking items you could possibly want 300 m to the best beach in Nerja and only a 15 min stroll to the centre Will definitely be staying here again For the price you can't go wrong folks

I was very disappointed to have to pay an additional charge for late check-in when there was no staff at the reception when we arrived or at any time . The key was in a key box, same for arrival at any time of the day. Feel that this was a rip off

Pepito made us feel very welcome. The room was very spacious and cleaned every day. The staff were so accommodating. The apt had everything we needed, the pool was lovely and the location couldn’t have been better.

Lovely stay

Apartments are in a great position. Kitchen and bathroom are a little dated but everything was clean, bins emptied each day and towels regularly replaced. Pool area was very neatly presented

Likes- As a regular visitor to Nerja over the last 34 years we know the area well. Access to Burriana beach great. Property cleaned daily and efficient aircon. Small but pleasant garden and pool area. Tips - could do with a bit more information to get the TV working, Cooker etc. Limited and expensive parking on site, but you can park in the road (next left after apartments towards beach) for free - apart from the first day (busy saturday) we could park there at all times. Dislikes - We were located in Room BB. Unfortunately the balcony overlooks the road to Burriana beach. At times the exhaust fumes from the lorrys and mopeds made sitting on the balcony unpleasant. This is not the fault of the accommodation, but just to make you aware.

Would definitely recommend this place!

Location is awesome. Pool is wonderful. Plenty of space and kitchen items for our needs. It was perfect for our family trip to the beach.

En AVRIL 2019 - Réservé la veille d'y séjourner ... EXCELLENT !!! Tres bonne surprise ... Grand, pratiquement neuf , propreté rien à dire ... à 200 m de la plage de Buriana ( Je conseille fortement d'y faire du canoe (seul ou en groupe) en longeant les eaux cristallines jusqu'à la chute d'eau de Maro ... ) ... Accueil excellent ... Place de parking de l’hôtel (4 places à 15€, il ns les à fait à 10€) Sinon juste à coté parking Buriana ... Par contre pas de petit déjeuner (ça à l'air récent) , mais il y a ce qu'il faut ds le coin

The location of the property was perfect, just 2 minutes walk from Burriana Beach. The apartment was bigger than expected, with lots of space inside and on the balcony. I met Pepito the owner, who was very friendly & helpfull. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, 5 stars.

1월 17일에 1박하였고 204호에 묵었습니다. 최악중에 최악이었습니다. 26일간 여행하는 동안 최악의 숙소였습니다. 저희는 1베드룸을 예약하였는데 2베드룸을 주었습니다. 우리는 부부이고, 부부에게 2베드룸은 필요없다고 하였지만 사정이 있어서 그 방을 주었다고 하였습니다. 65㎡에 1베드룸에 2명이 사용한다면 그곳은 분명 쾌적한 곳일텐데 공간이 비좁았습니다. 또한 추워서 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 더욱 나쁜 것은 아파트인데 그릇이 딱 2개밖에 없었습니다. 접시나 볼도 없고 그저 큰 그릇 2개만 있었습니다. 항의를 하려고 했는데 스텝은 이미 퇴근하였습니다. 이방을 약 52유로에 예약을 하였고 주차비로 10유로를 지불하였습니다. 만약에 무료로 자라고 제안해도 절대로 잘 생각이 없는 곳입니다. 당신들은 정말로 나쁜 사람들입니다. 이 글을 읽는다면 저에게 왜 이렇게 나쁜 방을 줬는지 답장을 주기 바랍니다. We stayed for one night on January 17 and stayed at 204. It was the worst of the worst. It was the worst accommodation during my 26 day trip. We booked one bedroom and got 2 bedroom. We were married and told the couple that they did not need a two-bed room, but they gave the room because of the circumstances. If you use two people in one bedroom for 65 square meters, it would be a pleasant place, but the space was narrow. It was also cold and I could not sleep. Even worse is the apartment, but there were only two bowls. There were no plates or balls, just two large bowls. I tried to protest, but the staff has already left. We booked this room for about 52 euros and paid 10 euros for parking. If you are proposing to grow for free, there is absolutely no place to think about it. You are really bad people. If you read this, please reply to me why you gave me such a bad room.

Great find, perfect location.

The location was fantastic and a stone throw from one of nerjas beaches where there are restaurants, cafes and bars aplenty. We stayed in appt 5 and it was above expectations. Spotless, good size terrace overlooking the pool, all kitchen amenities, double and single bedroom with overbed fans. Pool area is nice, spacious and clean. Parking is free in local area so when checking in we were able to park directly outside the appartment. Short walk into the balcon area of nerja where you can enjoy traditional tight Spanish streets filled with tapas bars and international restaurants. We normally stay closer to this area however this appartment offers more of a beach stay which we wanted this time

Apartamento muy bien equipado y cerca de la playa.

Apartamento muy bonito, muy bien equipado, espacioso, con terraza grande y perfecto para ir con niños. Muy limpio. La piscina muy cuidada. Además cerca de la playa.
