Staff was very good and accommodating. Thomas at the front desk was very helpful and appreciated his good English language skills. Maria, one of your recommend drivers was also great and very helpful in arranging transport at the end of the lake ferry to San Martin de Los Andes.

Poor customer service
One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website ...
