Hello Mr. Xingrong, The sofa in the room that you've stayed was NOT BROKEN. As we discussed when you were checking out, the leather tips of the sofa arms were worn out which is perfectly normal for leather sofas. And, that is what you showed me as well. I have just tried the chair in the room to double check and it is NOT BROKEN. Anyway, I hope everything else was okay with your stay. Thank you very much.
