Good campsite, short walk from Nelson

Good campsite about a 25 minute walk from the centre of Nelson. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were good. The only negative was its proximity to the noisy hostel next door.

All of the staff that I interacted with had the best customer service I have ever come across in Nelson - and that’s saying something because I lived there for 24 years. The *only* thing that may stop me staying there again in the future is actually a major positive for the park - the entire grounds are smoke free! As a smoker myself, this was a tiny bit of a pain but, it was so nice to see that this was a policy considering the amount of children that probably stay there 😁. Well done all. Keep up the amazing work!
