"Booked a family suite, room did not have working AC. Talked with clerk at front desk and was moved to a King Suite however the AC in that room did not work either. Asked for another room and was moved to a 2 queen bed room. Each room was a down grade from what I had booked and paid for."

"Nice quiet hotel in downtown Point. The staff was excellent even with a 2:00 am arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back."
