I was supposed to stay at them from 9 to 10 of July, and by mistake i've chosen to stay from 8 to 9. In less than 2 minutes, i've asked hotels.com to change booking, and they didn't cared about their faulty system. Also, IBIS didn't want to hear about changing or cancellation. So yes, my previous stays with them were ok, but i will never return!"

"I liked that the property was near some shopping. The rooms were large enough as well as the bathroom. The room did not have a small refrigerator which caused us to purchase ice. The ice machine the hotel had did not seem to work all of the time. There was no coffee in the lobby for customers. The breakfast was OK but not excellent."
