"The place was clean. And super quiet at night which I appreciate a lot. This is close to everything. I walked everywhere. When my family comes to PR I will recommend this place. And if I come back I will book here again. There was no staff but the communication was super fast. I can to see Art and see something specific. The museum that I wanted to see was not open and but adjusting my reservation was a easy too."

"My friends and I stayed at the Sheraton in San Juan this weekend, and we had an amazing time! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly had a ball and created unforgettable memories. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan!"

"Very friendly staff, but unfortunately several days after booking the room while already on the trip, I was told about ongoing construction and had to be moved to a different room that didn’t include the balcony that was paid for. I was given an extra night stay, but the other problem was the construction they were doing started going at 6am and went well until 9/10pm, so I ended up leaving early because these hours don't work well when trying to get some sleep. They also had no food or beverage services available, and overall the hotel itself didn’t really seem to be in a state to be open yet. Lots of loud banging, contractors, construction equipment, and en elevator that didn’t reach the floor my room was on. Overall unfortunately a very poor experience."

"Complained to staff about cockroaches. They moved us to another room. Next room had cockroaches as well. Next day most of the hallways started to smell like bug spray. Asked front desk what they were going to do for my inconvenience for having to go through all of my belongings when I get home, and shaking out my luggage. I was just ignored. I booked two separate rooms. Neither was any better. Complained directly to hotel again when I got back and received a generic response hope next visit is better. Stay at the condos nearby next time!!"

"Avoid this 'resort' at all costs. The pictures are deceiving. There were non-stop issues: from the undisclosed fees in addition to the resort fee, unpaved parking lot a good distance away from the actual lot residents where resident owners park, and the plastic wristband you have to wear at all times, to the live roaches crawling around the dirty rooms, having to ask to have the rooms serviced at the end of a long day (4 pm) even though cleaning staff approached that very morning (10 am) and confirmed it was to be serviced that day. They didn't even honor the full 'credit for inconvenience' they promised, later saying that because I'd prepaid my full stay through a third party, Expedia, they could only do so much for me. What a rip off!"
