"We chose and confirmed a room that specified a view of the harbor. This was not a request; this was the description of the room. When we checked in we were told that a harbor view room was not available.Our room had a view of only the backs of some old buildings. In addition. there was a large support column in the middle of the room combined with a sloping ceiling that blocked access to the right side of the bed."

Vous n'êtes pas du tout dans un hotel mais plus ou moins dans une maison de retraite. L'appartement se trouve avec les appartements des residents. N'etant pas satisfaits nous avons écourté notre sejour. "
