Train was right behind our room. The place is nice though it looks like it’s newly remodeled or some rooms on their way to remodel. Staff is friendly & helpful. Not all rooms are by the train, we just happened to get one. Turn up your air or heater & you won’t hear it much.
Isaac checked us in, and he was very friendly and easy to work with. The room was clean and comfortable. We could hear the train and traffic through the night. Easy to get to from the freeway

The refrigerator in our first room didn't work and I found a banana that had turned black behind the fridge. We moved to another room and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Lots of railroad trains passing nearby but that didn't bother me.

We actually enjoyed our stay other than the power tools right above our heads at 8am. There’s no warning or posting of any kind prior to booking that there is construction at the hotel. There was a note in our room that there could possibly be construction noise. We had no idea it would be right above our heads. Plus this is the most expensive hotel in Needles. We would have stayed somewhere else if we knew we would be paying so much to get woke up so rudely. Other than that it was a nice place to stay

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the noise, as we are in the middle of a renovation. We do have signage in the lobby and rooms, but we do not control third party travel sites. I can say that we are typically between the 3rd and 5th highest priced hotel in town, as we have adjusted our rates due to the construction. We hope that you will stay again once we have completed our renovations.

The room was in need of some sprucing up: old, dark carpet, older mattress, poor water pressure, thin towels. Staff was friendly and the pool and hot tub were very nice.

The property is near a railroad but the rooms are so well insulated that you don't hear it at all once the door is shut. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The photos on the site look nothing like this property, breakfast is at a restaurant next door to the hotel so I can’t grab and go back to my room. Rooms felt old and dirty. Not quite worth the money we paid compared to other rooms.

This is an old property next to the railroad. Owners are working to upgrade it but it is a work in progress.

More of a motel. Old dark carpeting. Bed comfortable. Staff very pleasant.Breakfast at restaurant next door- was actually reasonably good. Dinner there also reasonable. Quiet. Town had no redeeming features)( old Route 66). Overall room was pricey for what we got, but we did have a good night sleep.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. When I went to check in both the pool and hot tub were empty. The front desk clerk was extremely uncaring and so I booked a different hotel and asked for a refund for their false advertising. I was denied the refund. Other guests ask for a discount and were denied. Stay away from this place.

Your accusation is very serious. On our website, it shows that our pool area is closed due to maintenance. Also, we will refund you if you do not want to stay with us due to the pool being down. We do not force people to stay with us. Please think again: who is the liar? I understand this could be upsetting, and we are frustrated also with the situation; however, things get delayed like part delivery, etc.
Pleasant hotel and conveniently off the freeway. The staff overall was friendly and worked to resolve our issues or answer questions.
The best interaction was with a friendly woman in the restaurant for breakfast. She’s a gem!
