Down at the bottom of the west side of Canyonlands National Park. Take a twelve mile hike to the confluence of the Colorado River and The Green River. The hike is fantastic in spring and fall. Great invthe snow but best avoided in the heat of summer.
Every part of this trail had an amazing view and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Canyonlands National Park, it ended up being 12 miles for us so if you are able to make it that long up and down rocks I suggest you do it
The Needles section of Canyonlands National Park. Located away from the Moab area this section of Canyonlands gets a fraction of the visitors that the Islands in the Sky Section gets making a visit here very special!
