Very friendly, good food, reasonably priced, good location, beautiful facilities,

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the airport. You can easily walk across, but if you prefer there is a regular shuttle bus which takes 3-5 mins to get you across, The driver was very friendly and helpful, just what you need after a long flight. The hotel has 2 pools, one with a slide close to the bar and a quieter, smaller one in the centre of the complex. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, perfect space to relax and sort out suitcases and hand luggage for the onward...

I should make it clear that this review reflects what we were looking for (chilled out relaxation, away from the rest of the world, good food, snorkelling with no crowds) and as such this place ticked all the boxes. If you are looking for a place with TVs in the rooms, fast wifi for your (ever present) Ipad, night life and super shopping then this place simply isn't for you. If you want friendly helpful staff, a beautiful location, excellent food, away from all the modern "conveniences", clean...

Bula! Thank you to everyone at the Fiji hideaway resort and spa. This was the first time my family and I had visited and we had an absolutely delightful time. The staff were fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and consistently smiling and willing to help out. The food, especially the tandoori chicken, was such a highlight. In terms of the room, the room was lovely. We had the family room which managed to sleep my mom, dad, my 9 year old niece and myself. The only room for improvement...

Fabulous hotel and staff wonderful holiday

Have just got back from a short stay here with the family for two days. Whenever we visit Sigatoka we usually book a hotel however as there were a few of us, we decided on a villa style apartment. The villas themselves I would recommend for a short stay. They have everything you will need if wanting to cook , cooker microwave fridge and cooking pot pans and utensils. There is a tv and clean towels are provided daily. I have to mention there is no WiFi within the villas however the villas are...

Amazing hotel, adult only zones were very peaceful and beautiful surroundings and sunset views. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the food choices from the many on-site restaurants was great. Transfers to the islands were also very easy from this hotel.

We stayed at two hotels on our trip to Fiji: the 5 star Sofitel in Nadi and Tambua Sands. We preferred Tambua Sands ANY DAY over the Sofitel. Not that the Sofitel was bad it was very nice although they did try sneakily get us to pay $400 more than we had to!!! Dodgy! ...but we preferred Tambua for a number of reasons: 1/ It was quiet, tranquil and you felt like you were living on the beach on a secluded island. Pool was nice. 2/ All the bungalows were literally on the beach under the palm...

A nice new property, with a couple of good restaurants, the staff were amazing couldn't help you enough!
