Hotel doesn't exist
The hotel doesn't exist, I was scammed, I had the worse experience, when I arrived in there the there it was another hotel called portobello and to hear that this hotel does not exist since one year. Fortunately I been told I will get my refund by Joaquin A after so many calls and being on the phone with many agent, I hope I will receive it soon, but the experience was bad ruined my holiday as I was with two young children on the street my holiday had transformed in a nightmare and I had to spend extra money to go back the same night.
