"The first day there was a problem with the hot water but they fixed it quickly. At night you have to use the doorbell to get the door opened. The pool water isn't heated, sometimes they don't have ice, and there are no face towels!"

"Charming authentic property in the heart of romantic district everything is easily walkable. The rooms are quite basic nothing luxurious but very clean everything functioned great. There is a small deposit for the TV and AC remote when you arrive. Only minor complaints the beds are super firm and the complimentary morning coffee is no bueno lol. But plenty of coffee shops around the property. The staff was always there to help, location is great and balcony views from the room. I would book it again. Muchas gracia "
