"the houses were looking lovely on the internet and the house itself was clean and well maintained but it is more a hotel of value of 200 /300 reales per night. no more. the bed was cheap and terrible. the sheets were as thin as they could possible be and we didn't feel comfortable when we entered the room and found blood spatters on the wall and curtains. this doesn't fill one with confidence "

You feel like you're in someone's house as opposed in a pousada. There's definitely better options for the cost of it. Please note the breakfast is only served between 8:00 - 10:00, so if you leave earlier because of an early boat there is no breakfast!☹️
We had booked 3 rooms, and had no. 2, 3 and 4. Room no 2 had only a neon light in the room and was very crowded because of an extra bed, which couldn’t be taken of the room!☹️
There was furthermore a bad smell from the bathroom! Room 3 and 4 was ok with much better light!"
