"I had pre-advised that my wife was coeliac and they acknowledged this at reception and when entering the breakfast area, but when we asked if someone could explain what was gluten-free there wasnt much help. The first day a couple of gluten-free bread rolls were provided and on the next couple of days we had had to ask for the bread rolls. Some of this may have been due to language barriers. On one day we were able to ask a waiter who checked with the chef. A mixed bag in terms of success and definitely as good as we've experienced in other hotels in Poland. "
"I wanted so badly to like this place but the service I received was actually horrible. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude to my family and I. I asked upon checking in that I booked an extra night because I was unsure of their policies but my train home was at midnight so if I could do a single night stay and a late check out instead that would’ve been great. And she said at first the best she could do was 1 pm check out and the man there with her said “oh and we can hold your bags at the front desk for you for free” (which I did later on and it isn’t secure at all, it’s not even behind the desk, it’s next to the desk). After all of this and thinking it was settled she gave me the paper to sign still giving me the original check out date and when I asked if there was a mistake she rudely, bluntly shut it down saying “you can’t make changes”. Which is fine and understandable but then what the hell was the point of wasting the last 10 minutes leading me to believe I could make those changes? Then we finally get to our rooms and find that one of our rooms is “wrong”. I go to the front desk again and told her that I think there was a mistake because we were supposed to have one room with two beds. She just says “we don’t have rooms with two beds” and left it at that. I understand it’s not her fault, but Expedia does say “queen bed AND king bed” so you can understand my confusion. I just wanted to clarify and she, once again, was an ass. "
