Great hotel in centre of the city. You can only access the hotel on foot, as you are in a pedestrian area. Overnight public parking is free from 8pm to 9am. Out side these times you pay 50cents an hour.

Premises are modern and immaculate. Staff try hard to make you feel at home. Lovely breakfast selection. Breakfast area available to visitors at all times to enjoy refreshments, a complimentary local liquor and read some of the tourist books available. We had a deluxe room with a safe, temperature control, fabulous bed and everything we needed. We agreed it would be hard to identify any area for improvement. We would stay again. Giuseppe the proprietor cannot be more accommodating to...

Alessandro is Avery welcoming and helpful host. The rooms are beautifully renovated and close to ahappening area of town. Excellent.

Giuseppe is the perfect host. A quietly spoken man who was keen to help. We arrived quite late and after enquiring about places to eat he not only recommended an interesting local restaurant, he offered to call them to arrange a booking. Perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Palazzo Pantaleo. Our room was elegant, very clean and spacious, monitored free parking in the courtyard gave us one thing less to deal with and the breakfast was more then...

Amazing stay. Extremely clean place , very well done up , perfect location. Emanuele is the best- very helpful, was there for us anytime we needed anything. Very happy and grateful . Will definitely stay there when I come back

Lovely large clean room & bathroom. Toiletries in the bathroom. Staff were pleasant & helpful. There was a lift, which was a bonus, especially when you have a suitcase. We had a balcony which was nice. The main shopping street was a 2 minute walk away. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Could not be better located

A beautiful room in a fabulous location. A very comfortable stay. Host is very responsive. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.

The property is not at the address 290 Via Maqueda, it is hidden in a courtyard entrance next to BIGA Genio e Farina. Be wary of this. Amazing location right in the heart of the action, amazing cheap places to eat right on the door step. Good bus connections on Via Roma nearby and walkable to all the markets and sights. Only issue was that the aircon was not cool enough and the property does not give milk as part of its kettle drink set up. Use the buzzer and video contact when checking in out...

We only had one night at the hotel but Marco, the owner, could not do enough to make us feel welcome. He is obviously very proud of his business and of Palermo itself and ensured that we had everything we needed. The property is on a pedestrianised street and is a perfect location for walking the streets and sights of Palermo. On leaving we had unknowingly left some of our property in the room but Marco quickly phoned to say that he had found it. Overall an excellent service.

Veronica made all so easy, she's a star

Excellent, beautifully presented space close to lots of amenities. Welcoming & informative host. Highly recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous, with fantastic staff. As people mention there is no lift, so if you get the option of the 1st floor grab it!

Staff are very welcoming and friendly; cannot do enough for you. Lovely suite and Lounge area too.

We spent a couple of nights here on arrival from the UK, and a final night before we returned home. Luca helped us find a good place to stay on leaving Palermo, and gave us good information about what to see and where to eat in Palermo. His command of English was excellent, which was also true for the rest of the staff.
