"We booked the room online and everything was smooth through check-in. However, when we got to our room, there was only one bath towel for 3 people. The hotel description online says they offer rollout beds for additional guests for a surcharge, but there are no rollout beds at all available at this hotel. Otherwise, everything was good, especially the breakfast. Very surprising how good it was"

"It is a great hotel and the place is wonderful to visit. But it still has not recovered fully from the COVID era. One thing I really disliked was that the bath towels were small, very worn and hard like a sandpaper. Likely they never used a softener in washing them. I'd recommend bring your own towels and bath amenities if you are not baggage limited."

"Kayla on the night shift is an absolute gem. We were a later arrival, and she got us checked in and taken care of so efficiently. Kayla was friendly, professional, and so, so helpful. We saw her each evening of our stay, and she was always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The hotel itself was clean, the room was well appointed, the hotel breakfast was above average. It was a truly enjoyable stay."

"Great price. Hasn’t been remodeled in quite some time. I’m thinking maybe the 80’s, but it’s right off 81, close to attractions. The ac is so loud you’ll never hear other guests in their rooms. It does seem like there are a few folks which might be living there on a more permanent basis, but they didn’t bother me."
