"The room was dirty with stains and substances on the wall and shower. The sheets did not appear clean. There was no hot water for the shower which was awkward in its set up. The room smelled of cannabis and room freshener. The AC did not work 100% and was musty. It was not clean at all and for the price I expected better."

"This was our second time staying here. We were here for the State Marching Competition at the Alamodome. We walked to the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and the Alamodome. The hotel is clean, staff are excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was perfect and kept stocked by staff, even with hundreds of band kids and parents eating. We will stay here every time that we make it to State."
