"The staff was friendly and super helpful. The room was perfect, nothing fancy, but everything you need, the welcome sparkling wine and fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, just steps away from shops, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel itself is historic and you can tell in places where the floor and steps lean, but adds to the charm of the hotel. "

"The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and very well maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable and felt fresh. The staff were a standout, incredibly polite, friendly and always welcoming with a smile. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay, which really elevated the experience. The only minor downside was on our first morning at breakfast. It was very busy, a bit chaotic and felt slightly overwhelming. That said, this was clearly due to the high volume of guests and not a reflection of the hotel or the staff. Everyone was doing their best and I don’t place any blame on the hotel or team at all. Overall, a great experience and a hotel I would happily return to and recommend to others."

"This place was amazing! I was so excited to stay here and we weren't disappointed. I traveled with my teen and younger child. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was so beautiful. Heated bathroom floors, fireplace, dining table, bathroom hygine amenities. Everything was perfect. Location was amazing! Make a right out the door and there is Wawel castle, make a left and walk a little way down the main street and you'll reach the rynek. Breakfast was included daily with our room and it was great! If we ever come back to Kraków we will definitely stay here again. "
