"Beautiful place and confortable.
The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "The hotel provided what we paid for, the rooms were spacious, clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was helpful shout out to Elasio front desk was very helpful. "
"Parking on the street was easy. Though the steep walk uphill to the hotel would be a challenge for some, we found it delightful and hotel staff informed us that they have a luggage transfer service for people who arrrive with heavy bags.
Room was lovely and the ktichenette was one of the best supplied we have ever seen, including utensils, pans, and plenty of dishes."
"The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit.
The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods.
Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls.
Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations.
