"The tv signal was in and out constantly all night, making it impossible to watch a show. The room i was put in had approximately 6 refrigerated box trucks parked right outside the door, these trucks ran from approximately 4pm and were still running and loud around 2am when i finally fell asleep. "

"Accessibility room was horrible. Not well maintained, broken door handles , not enough room for wheelchair, broken lamp, difficult to access fridge —- so disappointing for Hampton inn. I’ll never stay at the one in Natick."

"It was little things—. No refrigerator in room leads you to meandering all over the property looking for a well hidden ice machine. Wall mounted toiletries great idea, but shampoo and conditioner were both empty— so, none of that to be had while IN the shower. I just expected a better room for the cost"
