"The Kau Lodge is a great place to stay. Right kn the ocean, an awesome cafe and outdoors shop on the first floor and the staff is super accompdating to your needs. They ordered us a taxi transfer to the airport, let us store our bags when we did the W trek and we even checked in really late at night and someone was there to help us. The included breakfast was medicore and the rooms a tad small but everything was cozy and comfy and its super close to downtown and other restaurants."

"I loved this place. The staff is exceptional helpful and friendly. They genuinely seem like they want to help even when situations are difficult. They went out of there way for me several times and multiple people. Love the property and the spa as well. Food is also really good! "

"A little overpriced, very rustic. The pictures are a little deceiving. The rooms don’t have TVs (but most hotels in the area don’t) and the wifi was inconsistent. Asked the bartender to open a bottle of wine and I was charged $6 for a corking fee for a bottle of wine that I intended to drink in my room, seems excessive. They do have beautiful views and overall the staff was helpful."
