We booked a cheap Hotel overnight near the airport, for an early morning flight. We could not believe what we got! It was so good. the Hotel was is family run and the rooms are as good as Premier Inn. The bar a was a very, very good price. next door is a little family run Pizzeria. The food was good and very inexpensive. We could not believe we could sit outside eat good food not hear a single plain and be 3 mins drive to Verna Airport. The hotel breakfast was first class. Enjoyed our stay in Verona. Hotel was in a good location within walking distance of city centre (25 mins) and station (20mins) or bus no 11 stops outside hotel. Reception staff were extremely helpful, giving information on how to get to Venice and Lake Garda (Sermione). Both places were very easy to get to. Restaurant staff were very good. Breakfast was excellent. Evening meal different each day. Room was very comfortable and clean.

We had a lovely stay here over Christmas, The girls on reception were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they found us restaurants to eat at on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. They are a credit to your hotel. Our room was excellent with all that we required. It's a 20 min walk from the main train Station to the Hotel and a 28 min walk from the hotel into the middle of Verona. Just what we wanted. Thank you.

Relais A Ponte Pietra

Verona City Centre

10/10 Excellent

This hotel is not far from most of the major sights of Verona. The Roman Ponte Pietra is outside the front door, the Duomo is round the corner on the left, St Anastasia on the right. A short stroll takes you to the Teatro Romano and the superb treasures of St Maria in Organo. Just a touch further you're in Piazza del Erbe. Nothing is too far away, including good restaurants. The hotel itself, though only staffed in the morning and early evening, is staffed by friendly people who want to help in...

Hotel Saccardi & Spa - Adults Only

Sommacampagna

10/10 Excellent

The hotel is just very popular with locals - it has a 'mini market' with a coffee shop attached where the locals seems to congregate in the mornings but service is fast and the coffee good. The location is not one really one for a holiday - unless you are intending using it as a base to drive around - one entrance is basically a slip road off the motorway, though despite this and a nearby airport once inside you tended to forget how close these are as there was no noise at all. The staff were...
