"The first room we got smelled like cat pee, and the the enzyme cleaner used to take it out. The staff was wonderful though and moved our room very quickly! Thank you!"

"We reserved a regular room and were given a smoking room. The attendant told us it was the last room. Therefore, they didn't respect our reservation as they gave our room away to someone else. The bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was chipped and the handle on the faucet on the sink was broken. There wasn't even a hair dryer."
